What if our data isn't clean enough?
That's exactly when this works. We build from whatever you have today — annual report, board deck, board minutes, your last grant report. We extract claims, attach sources, and flag what's measured vs computed vs modeled. The work of cleaning up surfaces as a side effect.
What does the $4,500 a month cover?
This is the standard movó rate. It covers live operation: data refreshes, source-ledger upkeep, voice + chat infra (cost-capped at $5/day per tenant), funder rubric updates, a running brief of what changed and what to do next, a live conference pulse, and any new funder we add when you ask. Two minor edit requests per month included; larger rebuilds are quoted. The founding benefit is the static $2,500 First Render (vs the $12,500 public price) plus becoming a named reference.
Can our funders read it without a login?
Yes. The funder-shareable URL is public. Same surface, same source-ledger, same voice — no login wall. If you need a private board version, that's a separate render on the same intelligence layer.
Why only 3 seats?
Because the 14-day build SLA is real. movó can ship 3 builds inside a 60-day window without the quality dropping. After cohort 1 ships clean, the next seats open at the same rate. New build cohorts open quarterly.
What if we cancel?
The First Render is non-refundable once we start discovery (Day 3). The monthly tier is month-to-month — cancel any time. Your shipped URL stays live until end of paid period; you can export your data at any time.
Does this replace our annual report?
It can, if you want it to. Many orgs run the living report alongside a designed PDF for the first year — the living report is the funder-facing surface, the PDF is the board-meeting artifact. After a year, most cohort orgs retire the PDF.
